My
Business Philosophy
I have
a simple business philosophy: I provide an honest, objective, professional
opinion of every property I inspect. I report the good as well as the bad. I
adhere to the American Society of Home Inspector’s Standards of Practice
and Code of Ethics. ASHI® is the standard of the home inspection industry and your
assurance of a quality inspection. My
inspection and reporting style are completely independent from third-party
influences. My allegiance is to you, my client. I walk the
roof and I crawl through the attic and crawlspace provided they are safe and
accessible. I rarely schedule more than one inspection per day because I believe that a professional home inspection and report require a commitment of time to attain the level of detail that you expect. My inspections typically last 3 to 4 hours but may take longer if conditions warrant. While I will review my findings with you at the conclusion of the inspection, the report is generated back in the office and is available to you within 24 hours. I create a custom narrative-style report for each inspection and include several photographs and illustrations to aid your understanding of the findings.
